Love

No memory

Always be.

A child sits watching

The big black eyes curious, wide and full of life

Tiny fingers outstretched

Reaching out for anything

A smile permeates

Showing little white pearls

The body unstable but energetic, like a grin

The grasp of a palm

Curiosity grips him like a charm

Its not realized which is what and whose is which

There's no difference and … it doesn't matter.

This remarkable delicate being

Helps all around him to be that

To touch and giggle with delight

To be a child without any plight

Have you ever been this?

when...

when …when is it that u shall come

My body sweats in [a] wait of u

The sky clear, the sun ablaze

Perhaps in the villages the peoples faces r set in patient glaze

& Yet u show no sign of urself

The last time u came

U let urself free; u bent the trees and cleaned their leaves

U washed away the rubbish

U flooded the streets and had the entire city at Ur mercy.

And u showed them none

But the little urchins enjoyed it thoroughly

Oh, what splendid fun

The roofs leaked, even though they were fixed.

Buckets put up everywhere

People cowering for shelter

Going all around, here and there

My arms outstretched, my brow drenched

Singing in thy glory,

darken, clouds growl

Waiting and wanting to tell me another beautiful story...

how to overcome lower back pain!!!

Lower back pain is one of the most common ailments people suffer from and approximately 8 out of 10 people will deal with back pain at some point in their life{and i do hope that you beng to the other two who dont suffer from it}. That's a lot of people… are you one of them? Out of all of the various forms of back pain, lower back pain is by far the most common and there's a good explanation for this. Any idea why? It's not car accidents, it's not work-related injuries, and it's not a lack of prescription medications either. Lack of movement and use is the number one cause of back pain! I bet your orthopedic specialist or chiropractor didn't tell you that, did they? It's the lack of movement in various muscles over years that leads to muscle imbalances and uneven wear and tear on your body, especially the spine. For example, how many times a day are you bending, leaning, or twisting.
Here's what the typical person's day is like:

· Wake up
· Eat breakfast (hopefully)
· Drive or ride to work
· Sit at desk
· Eat lunch
· Sit at desk some more
· Drive or ride home
· Eat dinner
· Sit on couch and watch tv
· Go to bed

Notice the trend here? That's an awful lot of sitting and not moving. Well, this is what leads to serious muscle imbalances and so what do we do, we go to the gym and perform exercises that only make the imbalances worse! The key to eliminating back pain (nearly any ache, pain, or injury for that matter) is to identify the muscle imbalances that are pulling the spine, bones, and joints out of place and then stretch the tight muscles while strengthening the weak muscles.

How do I know this? Well, as certified personal fitness trainer and post-rehabilitation specialist, I have worked with hundreds of individuals with back pain and the conditions that ranged from sciatic pain, to bulging discs, to spinal fusion, and others. In working with these individuals I discovered some startling facts.

all of the individuals I worked with were able to eliminate their back pain, or significantly improve their condition even though all of the traditional treatments failed them (physically therapy, chiropractic care, cortisone injections, anti-inflammatory medications, surgery, etc). Even more amazing is the fact that most of these individuals were able to eliminate their back pain in a matter or days or weeks simply by performing a handful of exercises and stretches! These weren't your basic exercises or the standard back stretches and stomach exercises most "experts" recommend these were specific exercises and stretches prescribed based on the individual. Many of these people had suffered for years and years with aches, pains, and stiffness and lived inactive lives because of their back pain.

Most treatment plans offered only address the symptoms and don't address the cause, which usually delivers just temporary relief for the individual. In addition to helping hundreds of others eliminate back pain, I also have had personal experiences with back pain and other various conditions such as tendonitis, muscle strains and sprains, and more. In every single situation the traditional treatments did nothing but treat the symptoms (often times not successfully) and the only approach that gave lasting improvements and relief was targeted stretches and exercises. Have you tried traditional treatments and found little relief? I am not saying these treatments are not effective at temporarily reducing the pain or inflammation, but I am saying nearly all fail to get rid of the underlying cause of the problem.

Many people who seek professional help are often mis-diagnosed and end up following a treatment plan that fails to eliminate the cause of their back pain.

So how do you identify these muscle imbalances? Well, it isn't easy but with a basic understanding of how your body works you can at least start looking at your situation and find out which muscles are over worked and too strong and/or tight and which ones are too weak and stretched out.

It also helps if you can find a qualified health professional who specializes in identifying muscle imbalances. Unfortunately, there are still few professionals who use what I call the "common sense approach." However, your best bet is to look for a personal fitness trainer that is trained and certified in post-rehabilitation, a manual physical therapist, or an osteopath. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions... you need to take charge of your health care and be sure to quiz them to find out what type of an approach they take in treating back pain. I wish you the best and remember the key to a healthy back is movement!

tiredness. . .
both inwards and outwards,
like a boxer who has had one fight too many.
hard to raise your hand to defend yourself,
hard to raise your hand to attack.
just hopeing to go out in glory.
without too many broken teeth or bones.
hopeing tht the dazzle of lights are not when you are knocked out,
but the lights of glory.
you have prepared for this moment,
of what you think of this moment.
the end.
where you could hold your head high.
listening to gthe accolades, the cheers... ... ...and ... and not the gasps.
you'll have to stop now:the doctor says...
you 'll have to stop now.

what world does the blind man see..
is it as gloomy as this one,
or does it have colors of its own,
like we have the sun.
are trees green in it,
and is the sky blue.
do birds fly in it,like the pigeons do.
does the grass flirt with the wind,
and...is the stream rich,
or does he have to be told ,
which is which.
but;who is the blind man and who is not.
cause surely we are all blind,
or else this world would not rot...

on the being of love...

love,understanding,trust,mutual appreciation,faith,respect.

when 1 decides to write bout love,so far as i ve read or even heard of its based mostly on personal experience or some preconceived notions (but ofcourse) or perhaps even some fairy tale ideas tht one would ideally like as reality.
so in tht sense, wat im going to be writings not going to be a bolt from the blue.but even so,i hopefully i'll rest the preconceived notions, but yes-it is based on personal experience.
so why,u'll be askin urself whys this guy writing this then.
cauuse i think tht there is something tht i ve learnt tht i find very valuable to share...cause its not based on the bitterness or anger or hope tht usually goes wit personal experience,so far as i can tell.its not even based on careful reasoning or breaking it down to careful little bits to examine.
so ... curious now?
my answers probably going 2 b a bit subjective, buti'll try n keep it clean.
but 1st i would like to look at (n dispell) a few concepts.the worldwidw favorite being 'love at first sight'.
this near mythical idea is used more often than i can care to recollect.i've pondered upon it a bit myself & i may add tht i've not experienced it.also i haved peronally observed among friends of mine tht this 'love at 1st sight' seems to happen quite frequently wit men falling in love wit a particularly well endowed woman...
So going by tht,it would seem tht the person who falls in love 'at 1st sight' is either bursting at their seems wit hormones,so the 1st sight is in a few ways quite similar 2 the way tht a lion who's feelin particularly famished would treat his prey, only more diplomatically.
secondly,n this is food for thought-if a person can decide something as great as love...almost at 1st sight, then do imagine what treatment lesser emotions would be getting.
lastly, perhaps whover came up wit the concept i n the 1st place may just have been dyslexic-gettin only th 1st alphabet correct-L n then misspelling the rest as OVE rather than UST...
the romantic industry n especially hallmark, etc susvives on this n other interesting concepts for their bread n butter.

all this does not mean tht when a person says 'i love u'-it dsnt mean nything.is does...n differently at different stages of a courtship/relationship.
so-wat does it mean when a person says 'i love u'?
assuming tht it has been said truthfully n not for the above stated reasons-to the person tht its said to the 1st time, its a great great feelin, esp if tht person also feels the sameway & also if its the 1st time in their lives.
returning to the earlier point...what does it mean to the person who says it? is it just a physical feelin of the stomach churning, feeling a bit light headed,a bit of a tingly feeling all over & generally all the colors looking more vivid, like a technicolor movie on view. these are among the firstphysical feeling tht a lot of us get.scientists have found out tht the hormones a persons body releases when one 'falls in love' are quite similar to taking drugs[the side effects are, ofcourse vastly different, according to the situation]{and ofcourse the colors r not as interesting and the light-headedness is not due to your brain frying, but thts another point}. overall a person in love radiates a beautiful healthy glow...
for awhile atleast...this we shall call stage one.
what happens a bit after,say-a year or two down the line.now the couple have known each other and most of the good and also not so good qualities have played a starring role or atleast made a guest appearance so far in the relationship.
nows the interesting bit:when a person NOW says 'i love u'.the hormonal difference is stark, the way both persons respond to this is different,in fact, mostly all things would be different besides the words.
assuming tht it is true and heartfelt- what is it based on now---my understanding of it is tht without a real base, these four alphabets have nowhere to stand on.
this base tht i speak of are-understanding,trust,and faith.
im not very comfortable with faith, because the way i am going to be using it is not in the same way as is generally used.so im going to use it anyways.
we shall go into each of these in a bit of detail now
.
